Connected Yet Unrelated

     

The heart and the mind of the human body are connected in a way that those two form part of the most important organs of the human body, Those two organs help the body for keeping us alive. But I would say that they are disconnected or unrelated because even though the heart responds to the brain, and the brain responds to the heart, there are things that the mind doesn’t know about what the heart feels. That feeling is Love, I believe that the heart has its own mind and we can tell it not to love but it rarely listens. It holds us prisoners and we have no choice but to go where it leads. That feeling when you know what you’re doing comes from your heart, it feels good, isn’t it?

      I once heard a character in a movie saying that “We accept the love we think we deserve”. I really agree with what he said because we accept the person that the heart tells us to love. We don’t really have to use our eyes, we use our feelings because love is a feeling that our heart only knows. When we are born, we do not know things, we don’t know anyone, but when days, months, and years go by, we feel the love of somebody who’s always taking care of us, who’s always there to make us happy. We don’t even want to get far away from them, because that’s how it feels to be loved and to be in love. It’s like the mind and the heart have their own special ways and sometimes we don’t even know what to choose, we keep doubting because we think of many consequences that could happen if we continue to love this particular thing or person. Why don’t we give the heart a chance to let it feed us the love we deserve? Why don’t we give it a chance to give us the best feeling in the world…. TO LOVE
